If you have already filed your return & it has been accepted you cannot change your refund option. Since you longer have that bank then once your refund is rejected by the bank, the IRS (& State) will automatically switch you to receiving a check in the mail.
If you have not filed your return yet or it has been rejected, you can go back through the File section to change how you receive your refund.
