Paid for deluxe snd cant access wifes 2015 return

She has previously filed with turbo tax but when we paid for deluxe her tax timeline only shows joined turbo tax.  Either help us access her returns or refund my payment.  Incredibly frustrating using this software.

If you filed with TurboTax Online last year, the complete return would be found on your Tax Timeline.  If you don't see it there: 

  1. Go to https://myturbotax.intuit.com and choose I forgot my user ID or password under Sign in
  2. Enter the email (phone number, etc) used to receive information about the prior year return
  3. Sign in with the user ID(s) sent to you after entering your information. 

Note: If you're sure TurboTax Online was used last year, but you're not getting the information you're looking for by email or don't see your return on your Tax Timeline, please contact support by phone.
