If I e-filed, owe, and requested an installment plan, what form do I need to send in? How do I access it? I was prompted to print but had no access to a printer.

If you e-filed your return through TurboTax, then your installment agreement request would have been electronically sent along with your return.  You will get a letter from the IRS detailing your payment agreement in about 30 days

But, you should be able to print a copy of your return and see Form 9465 Installment Agreement Request -
