If my wife has filed for us the past 3 years, how do I get access to my 2017 return on Turbotax? My account isn't giving me access since I haven't filed since then.

When I hadnt used turbo the last few years it wouldnt let me log in either i believe it was due to security? I did a online help chat and the turbo rep got me in easily no issues
