If I imported all investment information from Fidelity, but I recently got a K-1. Do I need to amend my return?

I downloaded all investment info from Fidelity Investments & filed my return. I just got a K-1 on a company I thought was a REIT but should have been included in the Fidelity download.  Do I need to amend my return? see attached k-1

Yes, you will need to amend your return to include the K-1.
