If I got my turbo tax prepaid card in the mail today and it says activate today and start using it, why is there no money on the card?

It's great you received your card. As soon as the IRS approves your refund, the money gets electronically deposited to your card. It's not unusual to receive your card before your refund. It can take 5-10 business days for delivery of your card after ordering it.
