If you filed your return you need to pay TurboTax, the fee is for the returns not for the refund.  If your return is accepted then it is up to the IRS (& State) to issue you your refund, TurboTax has no access to your refund & when you receive it.  If your refund was taken for an offset you still need to pay the TurboTax fees.
