NO... the DIY program cannot do anything for you nor can any of the Intuit employees as that is not legal.
my tax returns were accepted 2 months ago, i was sent a letter to id myself but the irs registration does not want to accept my SS# or my Birthdate , therefore I cant get past the registration part. WAITD?

IRS accepted and refunded to us {what was leftover, for 2019},
AFTER PAYING THEMSELVES 1ST of course!!! 🙄
NOW are saying can't verify husbands identity!
SO... they are"Holding our 2020 refund" until when?? Hmmm🤔 probably until after we die!
SO... to sum it up, screwed out of our 3 yrs of tax refunds AND our Stimulus $$$ too! can

@ccc84 No one can help you with identity verification. You have to follow the instructions given to you by the IRS to verify your identity in order to get your refund.

Thank you for the links and help. I have gone over all the info online. I believe I wasn't clear before. Unfortunately, we do NOT have what is required, such as mortgage, credit cards nor school loans. We have NO outstanding debt for them to verify us. Offices don't answer and ALL phone contacts attempted were " huge volume of calls, call back" recordings. It has been absolutely EXASPERATING!
