Filed on 2/1/2019 at 600pm now its 2/3/2019 wow never been pending this long why? anyone with the same situation as me

Most likely because you filed on a Friday after normal business hours. Most likely wont see it accepted or rejected until Monday at the earliest. I filed mine on a Friday at 11pm eastern time and it was not accepted until Monday afternoon.

I thought it would be as well, but am surprised how fast it is moving. My return was accepted on Jan 28th and I saw my return was approved on Feb the 1st. Cant say yours will move that fast but if you filed an accurate return and the IRS finds no issues, hopefully your refund happens quickly. Once your return is accepted, you can track the return status on the IRS web-site.

im  hearing people getting accepted quick and other not so fast. just not used to being accepted 2 days later or so

I would not think to much into it at this point, give it a little more time for it to show up in the IRS system.
