AUDIT SUPPORT
TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

A CR question from a state usually means mailing the audit department a copy of the other state return so they can see what was filed and paid in order to give credit. IL has chosen not to give you any credit, thus the blank line for IN credit.
If you purchased audit protection for that year, you should contact them. Our free audit support team is no longer working on 2019 returns. We are glad to help here as best we can.
You should also download a copy of your return each year for your records as TurboTax only keeps your records for 10 years.
