Steelcity50 I no right I been waiting since 1/31 got my letter March 8 my 60 days end on May 8th at this point I have losted all hope and I call TA and was told i half to wait untill my 60 days are up for them to do anything but I see several people that have and are getting help idk like I said losing hope I'm in bad shape I need a car I have canceled 2 surgery dates for my daughters cause of no ride lord I hope I get some relief soon best of luck to you all

Hey guys nothing new here I called tax advocate again today said same thing to me they i half to wait my whole 60 days untill they can help me with anything I'm on day 31 of my letter 29 more days to go untill I can call or hopefully I will get a miracle and get my return any luck with you guys

No news here. The 25th is my end date from my letter.
Called a TA and they told me there's nothing they can do to help me until my 45 days are up. It's so frustrating. The IRS refuses to tell me anything, so unhelpful. I tried to contact them several times to see if they could tell me anything, so that if it was an error, I could work to cooperate and fix it. They wouldn't even hear me out.

My notice says 60 days but the IRS website says 45. Which is it because my 45 days would be up on April 21st this is just flat out ridiculous.

I called yesterday the lady was actually really nice my notice was 60 days I thought it was 45 so plus with the credits I clamied with my son it can take an additional 2 weeks so if I don't get another letter or my refund by May 17th to call. Unfortunately I'm still waiting.

Just an update on my end, my 45 days were up on the 25th so I called. The agent told me that they had sent me a letter to contact the taxpayer protection program in February. I never received a letter. He told me he would resubmit so that I receive the letter again. Well, I went ahead and contacted the Tpp yesterday and they told me that they had never tried to send me anything and that I needed to call the regular IRS number to figure out what's going on. I did and the new agent told me that no, that wasnt the case and that the letter was sent out in error. So they placed me under a new 60 day review starting yesterday. It's just ridiculous because I waited the 45 already now there is ano additional 60.
Any advice, updates, or help is appreciated.

I was told that I was under 60 day review and that a letter was sent. No letter. Then I was told that my 60 days were up LAST WEEK and they don’t know why my refund hasn’t been released. So I contacted a TA and have yet to hear from her for a week. I’ve left multiple messages with no luck. I called the IRS back and was told that since I had a TA that they could no longer tell me anything. A load a crap!! I’m over all of it.

I still haven't gotten anything I got a 45 day letter and a 60 day letter so idk when itll be. 45 days is tomorrow so I hope to god I get them but it still says processing...
