I was told that I was under 60 day review and that a letter was sent. No letter. Then I was told that my 60 days were up LAST WEEK and they don’t know why my refund hasn’t been released. So I contacted a TA and have yet to hear from her for a week. I’ve left multiple messages with no luck. I called the IRS back and was told that since I had a TA that they could no longer tell me anything. A load a crap!! I’m over all of it.
