I was charged twice using turbo tax this year please I would like like like to be reimbursed one one of the charges

If you prepared federal and state tax returns, there would be two charges---one for federal, one for state.   Are those the two charges?   Or something else?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
