I want to know if the IRS got the amount I had to pay in. I didn't see it was taken out of the account I set up for them to get paid from?

Only you would know.  If it hasn't come out of your account yet then they didn't get it.

It was accepted. The money hasn't been taken out of my account. I had a transfer of funds going in to the account I was paying the IRS from, but the IRS tried pulling first and the check bounced. I just want to pay what I owe. The money is in and has cleared and not pending any more.

It's saying not processed. My return was accepted though. Am I good, should I just wait?

It says.....
* If a payment is returned by your financial institution (e.g., due to insufficient funds, incorrect account information, closed account, etc.) the IRS will mail a Letter 4870 to the address we have on file for you, explaining why the payment could not be processed, and providing alternate payment options.
* In the event your financial institution is unable to process your payment request, you will be responsible for making other payment arrangements, and for any penalties and interest incurred.
