I want to cancel recieving the updated service. It literally changed my return zero dollars and is taking $120 for that. I'd rather not use these services if that's the case, I'll file elsewhere.

If your tax return was not submitted and accepted yet, then you can clear and start over.

How do I clear and start over in TurboTax Online?
