I saw that I was pre approved for $2000 now and I like to borrow that. How?

If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card1, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return.

When you complete your filing, you will have the option when selecting your refund to opt-in to Refund Advance.  You'll get your Refund Advance funds typically within one hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed tax return (estimated late January).

You'll receive an email when your Refund Advance funds are available to spend. You'll receive a physical card in the mail in 7-14 days. For more details on how the Refund Advance works, please see this Help Article.
