Same for me. They obviously lied to get us to sign up for the cards. My return was accepted earlier today and I still have not received my advance. When it said no later than a hour after acceptance.
That’s extremely aggravating!
"If you qualify for Refund Advance and are approved for the Turbo Visa Debit Card, you’ll be notified by email of the approved amount and you’ll be able to start spending online, typically within 48 hours of the IRS accepting your return."

@maddie @ashnegg9711 Have you tried to call the number on the back of the card? Green Dot manages the turbotax debit card and if your having issues you should definitely talk to support to see if they've received a balance for your account. I think you should also call to see if your refund advance was approved or denied as well... You can get the contact info of this website here.
