@maddie @ashnegg9711 Have you tried to call the number on the back of the card? Green Dot manages the turbotax debit card and if your having issues you should definitely talk to support to see if they've received a balance for your account. I think you should also call to see if your refund advance was approved or denied as well... You can get the contact info of this website here.
