I’ve had 1541 code since 2/16 finally called today and was told by the first rep it’s a 45 day review and the review would start 3/4 and a letter will be sent out. I called again and the second rep said I should see a update 2/27 or this upcoming Saturday. He also said they were reviewing my child tax credit but there were no issues with my return and needed to do nothing. Called one last time and she told me I was under review and I should see my refund my April 25th so I think they are lieng and telling us this so we won’t call back and to give them more time to process delayed returns.

That’s what I’m thinking too because I was told something different twice but I’m going to call back tomorrow just too see what they say. My gosh just say there behind and stop having us worried about if we going to get any money. I’ll rather hear the truth

Yea I think all of us with 1541 code will see a update any day between now and Saturday morning. All these reps telling us 45 days is just bs because I see more people getting dates with this code.

So I just got off the phone with a rep and he said they will be sending me a letter out Mar 11th and if they need any additional information I would get another letter I keep getting different answers

Don't believe the code.. WMR will update this Saturday for filers....the letter is just stating that a delay due to prevent fraudulent returns

I also had the delay message...please take action....just be patient I understand everyone's frustration.....it drove me crazy a couple of days and more when I heard the irs tell me about a letter was issued for March 4th....no letter ever came And I've received my Update...Return Approved...
