i unable to access my 2024 tax file

every time i download theres a bunch of symbols and no information

You need to download the PDF and not the tax data file from the 2024 online account if you do not have the 2024 TurboTax desktop program installed on a personal computer.  The 2024 tax data file has a file extension of .tax2024

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
