I tried to print a previous year return and it will only download as a text file. unreadable. Need in pdf format. How can I do this?

Here's something to try:
After it downloads, use "rename" to change the file extension manually from *.txt to .pdf.

If that doesn't work, then try downloading it using a different browser.

The other recommendation above is to try downloading it with a different browser.
