Because I really need the $600 stimulus check to pay bills and I would really like to have the opportunity to pay my taxes owed on April of 15th

If you did not get your second stimulus and have to claim it on your 2020 tax return as a Recovery rebate credit, the amount will automatically offset your tax due. There is no way to ask the IRS to issue a direct deposit of $600 to you now and for you to pay the whole balance due on April 15th.
