I was only on the insurance for one month - January and that month was entered. But some how it didn't process. Do you turbo tax have a glitch? Can't get a hold of anyone on turbotax either. Had to pay you though. Rethinking about using you next year or even recommending you because of this problem. I was suppose to receive my taxes on 02/25/2020. It's now May 5th and still no refund. How come turbotax hasn't contacted me when I have brought this up several times. Can anyone give me a suggestion on how I can check this with the IRS whose phone is "closed". Thanks turbotax for screwing up my taxes.

Unfortunately, no one at TurboTax will be able to help you. If the IRS has the 1095-A and 8962, you have to wait for them to finish processing. Even though you may have e-filed, your tax return is now being manually processed because of the missing documents. So, unfortunately, you will need to wait for the IRS to resume operations and complete the processing of your return.
IRS live telephone assistance is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. Normal operations will resume when possible. Tax help is available 24 hours a day on IRS.gov. The IRS website offers a variety of online tools to help taxpayers answer common tax questions. For example, taxpayers can search the Interactive Tax Assistant, Tax Topics, Frequently Asked Questions, and Tax Trails to get answers to common questions.
