After you file

Unfortunately, no one at TurboTax will be able to help you.  If the IRS has the 1095-A and 8962, you have to wait for them to finish processing.  Even though you may have e-filed, your tax return is now being manually processed because of the missing documents.  So, unfortunately, you will need to wait for the IRS to resume operations and complete the processing of your return.  

 

IRS live telephone assistance is currently unavailable due to COVID-19. Normal operations will resume when possible. Tax help is available 24 hours a day on IRS.gov.  The IRS website offers a variety of online tools to help taxpayers answer common tax questions. For example, taxpayers can search the Interactive Tax AssistantTax TopicsFrequently Asked Questions, and Tax Trails to get answers to common questions.
