TAX REFUND 2018 2019 please help

I filed 1/15/19 and was accepted 1/16/19 - i had a status bar at first but i checked today 1/30/19 and the bar is gone .

This is what it reads

We cannot provide any information about your refund.

If you electronically filed a complete and accurate tax return you should receive your refund in about 21 days from the received date. If you mailed your return please allow 6 weeks.

If you claimed eic or any other child tax credit, it will stay like that until after 2-15-19. Paths Act keeps government from issuing refunds until after that date. Saying estimated deposit date is week of 2-27-19.

I had also received the message were the could not provide any information about my return what happened is they sent out a letter to verify that it was you who filed and it will mailed to address on your return.

filed on the 4th accepted the 5th no ddd date ..just this tax topic information code

Nah this some hoax ..I filed last year and got my taxes within 5 days ..next year I wont be utilizing anyone's software systems ..we pay for them to prepare ..Then in fine print the tell you there no responsible for anything that happens to your return ..However ..you was glad to take my $99.98 for the use of software .. countries hone to shit

You will either receive a letter with 5071C or 4883C which is sent out about 10 to 15 days after your return was accepted

I'm not sure why I need to pay when you cant help me get my refund out of processing no one has answers just that it's not available if it's not available then I shouldn't have to pay

I've never had a problem last year or tear before with turbo tax but for whatever reason this year it dropped the ball. I will be doing HR block
