I started my 2024 tax returns on TurboTax I came on to complete it and all the info was gone how can I retrieve it?

You will need to download the tax data file that was started when you used the 2024 online editions.  Then you will need to purchase, download and install one of the 2024 TurboTax desktop editions on a Windows or Mac personal computer.  Complete the 2024 tax return and then print, sign, date and mail the federal tax return to the IRS.  A 2024 tax return can not be e-filed.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download .tax file
