I sent out 2 Amended returns around Feb. 10th, 2019. It's been 2 months and there's still no record of them on the IRS website. Every number I call is unable to help me.

It's been 2 months since I've mailed my amended tax returns and the IRS website still has no records of them. Yet, after the 3rd week I mailed them out, the IRS sent one of the returns back so I can sign it. I'm very confused and every number I call just directs me back to the website.

If you didn't mail them in a manner that required a receipt, you can't really tell if they even have them, other than the one they sent back for signing.  It's not unusual for the IRS to take up to 16 weeks to process an amended return, so you may just have to be patient for a little while longer.
