Do you have a TurboTax Online account?

We'll help you get started or pick up where you left off.

I sent in my taxes online on the 29th of January and put it in as mail when i receive it. It's been around 4 weeks and i haven't gotten anything. I don't know what to do.

I did them on January 29th, app says it's done and "ready to mail" and everything. I did taxes online through turbotax app. I must have selected mail by mistake so it will take longer for me to receive my refund. It's now March and i still haven't heard or received anything. I can't check the status because it keeps saying information is incorrect, but it's really not incorrect whatsoever. Please can anyway help me out on what's going on?

Ready to Mail means you have to print and mail the tax return.  If you have to mailed the tax return then nothing has been filed.

You should go back and e-file your tax return.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.  Click on File on the left side of the online program screen.

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

Doing this takes me to a total tax sales thing. It's not required in Texas, but I have no way around it. Would it be safe to put in a 0 or something so I can move on?

Enter a 0 if it will take a 0, otherwise leave it blank.  You should not even be in the sales tax section, unless the Review noticed something on your return that needs to be corrected.

I honestly have no idea. I might of accidentally said yes to it when doing the return and now it's just there, hopefully a 0 will work if there's nothing else i can do
