I requested a product refund. I never got an email. I spoke with a person on the phone, I still haven’t gotten my product refund. It’s been weeks now.

The person on the phone put in a request.  Someone would have to approve the request and then have the money sent to you. Often those requests wait for months and then get rejected.  You can call and check on the status of your request.
