The letter does not give me no explanation only that I owe, and they give me payment options only.
Is for the full amount you paid? When did you pay it? If it was after July 15 it might be for interest. Or if you owed too much it might be a penalty for not paying in enough during the year.
How did you pay it? Did you send in a check? Did you use the 1040V voucher? If you used a 1040ES slip that was to make an estimated prepayment for NEXT year 2020 return.
Like i said i made a full payment after filing in October with turbo tax software, i made payment with my bank account, taxes was accepted by state and federal a few days after filing, i paid 850 in taxes and paid $22 for late fee, i don't think I'd owe that much interest, will my audit membership still represent me?
Do you have a bank statement that shows the money was taken out? You did not not answer a previous question--------did mail a check or pay directly on the IRS site, or did you enter a bank account on your tax return for the IRS to do a direct debit--those are all various ways you could have paid "with my bank account."
TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.

I paid on the turbo tax app by putting my bank information in, and yes i do have my bank statements showing irs took payment.
And yes i did purchase the audit defense and I have my certificate.
Then you have proof with your bank statement that you paid. Go over the letter with audit support to see if there is something else in the letter that has to be sorted out.
