I received an incorrect 1099 B and issuer will not correct it. I know a statement needs to be sent to irs with return. How to correct 1099b in turbo tax?

what type of transaction?  8949 check box A or D - sales price and cost reported to IRS.  then enter the correct cost in the corrected cost column of the 8949 worksheet - submit nothing unless the IRS asks for it. check boxes b,c,e,f.   cost basis not reported to IRS just change the cost basis to the correct amount.
