I received a Notice of Assessment from the Ohio Department of Taxation for "your failure to file your tax return(s) and/or make payment as required". What should I do?

Read the notice carefully ... are they correct ? Did you file and or pay late ? If so follow the instructions to pay the balance due by the date on the letter.
