I received a CP23 notice from the IRS stating that I failed to pay estimated tax payments. I am sending them a payment. Do I need to amend my 1040 in Turbo Tax?

No. If the IRS is right just pay the amount. You don't need to fix your return. Are they asking for just interest and/or penalties? That's common for them to send a bill after you file.

Hi, I also received a CP23 notice. I found it unclear where to send payment. So I'm wondering what address you mailed yours payment to?
Thanks!
