The turbotax program refund, not the IRS refund. How do I get it? I can't call, I cannot email, I cannot access the right site on-line.

Why is this so hard to understand?

I purchased on April 12, on the 14th, was unable to access. Talked to turbo tax rep for two hours 45 minutes, she could not access program on my computer either. She gave me refund info, but does not work.
