I press e-file and it says it cannot be filed what could be the problem?

Are you getting a transmission error message or does it say your SSN has already been used?

it has a transmission error message and on the bottom it says invalid SMS number needs to be between 10 and 10 digits. i tried using my phone number and a family member's but still no luck.
