I paid my due for 2021 tax year but I received a NOTICE (CP40) from IRS saying my overdue tax was assigned to a private collection agency. Can someone help?

Check your own bank and credit card records and look for proof that you paid. If you used a check look for your cancelled check. TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.
