I paid for rapid refund services and I want to know why I'm not received it

Did you sign up for the Advance?  There is no fee to get the Advance.  And there is no rapid refund.    You might have selected to have the fees deducted from your federal refund.  There is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge for that.  Which you could have avoided by paying the fees upfront with a credit card.  The Refund Processing will not speed up your refund.  In fact it may add a day or 2 to it because your refund has to go though the 3rd party bank to take the fees out.

You did not pay any extra fee for "rapid refund"----you may have hoped for the refund advance loan---but you did not pay any sort of extra fee for that.
