Please contact customer support to investigate the issue. From the Turbo Debit Card website "In case of errors or questions about your account: use their Transaction Dispute Form, or write us at Turbo Card Customer Care, P.O. Box 5100, Pasadena, CA 91117 or call us at (888) 285-4169 as soon as you can if you think an error has occurred in your account."

The number you provided is the same number on the back of my Turbo Card. This number is no help to me because there is no option that relates to my issue and there is no option to speak with a representative (unless I am mistaken). I would appreciate more help.

You can review bill pay information or please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it)
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

I'm having the same problem

The problem seems to have resolved itself. It’s been a month since I paid the credit card bill with my Turbo Card and on the credit side everything is paid with no errors. Turbo still says reversal but I think it just has to do with the way they processed the transaction. Everything seems okay at this point. I’ll update with more info if anything changes.

Thanks for the help, they cancelled my lowes account because of 2 missed payments and already filed it on my credit, but I guess I will just dispute that and hope for the best on the rest of it, thanks again, I feel a slight bit of relief.
