I owed money so i set up a monthly payment using my bank account, i still received vouchers

I was just confused as to why i still got vouchers when i chose to pay monthly with my bank account. Do i still need to pay by mail? Do i need to do something else? And how long will it take for them to take out my initial payment from my bank? I just want to make sure i don’t mess this up

No, you don't need to pay by mail.  That's just what the IRS does.  Just make sure your payment is drafted from your bank account each month, and if not mail them a check.
