I opted to print my return. Now I want to e file, is that possible?

Turbo Tax said my return was out of balance. Inly it wasnt. Would not let me efile. so I printed it out to mail, have not mailed yet. Logged back in and tried to efile and it will not let me eventhough it is in balance , and now Turbo Tax agrees it is in balance,
