I only want to use Turbotax to file Federal tax return (for $59.99), and I do NOT want to use Turbotax to file MA State tax return. How do I opt-out state portion?

You can choose to either skip your state return and come later (if you change your mind) or you can delete it as long as you have not paid for it yet. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information:
