I never recieved my Intuit Turbo Debit Card! If I call it will ask for the card # I never received if I try to login it will ask for the card # I never received, help me

Make sure you are selecting "never received" and follow the instructions below as it should not prompt for a card number with these steps:

1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these).
4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1.
5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

Eventually I have 2 cards under my name and didn't recieve none.  So it asks me for the last 4 digits but I never received my card. What is the phone number to speak with an actual human from the sender of the Intuit Turbotax Debit Card?

The only contact phone number for Turbo Visa is (888) 285-4169.

When i call that number it says the number i reached is not available at this time

@AmandaRideout4184 I tested the number and was able to get through.  I would suggest trying again.  If you get through, try these steps to reach a live representative.
