I never received my card! How can I get another one?

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. However, if you believe you should have received your card by now, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 to get a new card sent.

I received my Amended 2023 Federal tax refund on 09/25/2024, however I do not see any status updated in Turbo Tax. How can I confirm the the amended State tax filings?
