I never received a turbo tax card. I filed 2019 taxes in January. I checked with the IRS and my taxes were accepted yet my refund was not issued due to back taxes. Because of this I never received my turbo tax card and now my stimulus check is supposed to be issued to that card which i was never issued. How do i get a card issued?

You will have to contact Turbo Visa Debit Card if you have no card number at all. Go directly to IRS: Economic Impact Payment Get My Payment Resource  to update your details.

Regarding the Turbo Visa Debit Card, see the resources below for what to do to get access:

• If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account using this link:  Report a Lost or Stolen Turbo Debit Card 
   
• If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. 

You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

I was never issued a card so i don't have any information to apply for a replacement card. The phone line is an automated response that just disconnects.
