I never received a turbo tax card. I filed 2019 taxes in January. I checked with the IRS and my taxes were accepted yet my refund was not issued due to back taxes. Because of this I never received my turbo tax card and now my stimulus check is supposed to be issued to that card which i was never issued. How do i get a card issued?
