You can establish an account online and then get information directly from the IRS as to your balance, status of payments, etc.
Do you know for sure that your 2017 return was e-filed successfully and accepted? When you check your TurboTax account for 2017 what does it say? "Accepted?" "Rejected"? "Ready to Mail?"
