I need to send my 2023 tax return to another state. How can I get back into my 2023 return and do another state tax?

I only have my return for MA (state) and federal. I put in all my info for both states I worked in Ma and RI but for some reason I only filed for one state and federal (I think because I didn't owe for RI.) Now I need to send a copy of my RI state taxes but it doesn't exist. How do I edit my return and create this state return?

If you used TurboTax to prepare your federal return then you can use the CD/download software on a full PC or Mac to prepare a state return.   It cannot be prepared online, and cannot be e-filed.  It has to be filed by mail.
