My mortgage banker wants a sign version of my 1099 tax for 2018.

I need to print both pages of my 2018 taxes for a 1099 form and only one appears. I need signature page.

The Form 1040 for tax year 2018 is two half pages. The form 1040 is printed on only one page with the signature block on the top half of the page.
