I need to find a detail report that shows the “accumulated depreciation” and the current year information for my vehicle I've listed on my returns schedule C the past 3 y

The actual Form 4562 that is filed with your return is just a Summary of the Depreciation for the current year and only lists out the new assets and not the prior the items. You may have a 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report which does list all the items including fully depreciated items.

If you don't have the 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report or need more info you need the Asset Life History. The history is only available in the Desktop program not the Online version. If you are using the Online version you would have to download your .tax2023 file and open it in the desktop program.

How do I get the desktop version? I looked online and it looks like I can download it for $140 but I already paid for and filed these taxes, I just need this one schedule

You can select you want to amend and that may give you the Desktop program or call support and ask to get the Desktop download put in your account.
