If your employer does not (or cannot) comply with your request, use Form 843 Claim for Refund to get a refund of the overpayment.

Ok lets check this out.  What is on your W2 in box 1, 3 & 4?  Do you have more than 1 W2?

Yes, two W-2s from the same employer with the same EIM number. They withheld $1213 too much. I need the address of where to send the form 883 as in the instructions that go along with it it says -Address shown in the notice-but I can't find the address.
